Which would be less likely to crack with age from the sunshine and the rain? Monofiliment or braided fishing line? Which would be more durable and why?

The brand that is a bluish color is less reflective and won’t crack as quickly from exposure to the elements. I personally use an artificial sinew I acquire at a store called western craft and trim but it is also available online where you will find Native American crafts. Sinew is more expensive but if you want it to last for a century, then sinew may be the way to go as many arrows tied with it and other crafts have survived that long.

I think the braided would be more durable, because it’s created with several strands. Fishing line is quite durable in the first place, so, a braided fishing line would be much more durable than mono filament.
    Good luck!
