   Your best bet as someone wanting to get out and fish for that type of fish is to go to http://www.in-fisherman.com and type catfish into the site search. This will bring up dozens of magazine articles discussing exactly what you need to know- General internet search is your best option- unless you know someone who can take you- then get out there and try what works best for you!    depends on what species you’re targeting, what body of water you’re fishing, and a sordid variety of other factors. Please provide more information as to where, what, when you are fishing to get more valuable information. (e.g. carolina rigging, texas rigging, spreaders, sliders, live bait, trolling, mooching, drifting, jigging etc….)
